    Synopsis et détails:  Chili, 1973. Le Général Pinochet s'empare du pouvoir par la force. Les opposants au coup d'Etat descendent dans la rue. Parmi les manifestants, un jeune couple, Daniel photographe et son ami Lena. Daniel est arrêté par la nouvelle police politique. Il est conduit dans un camp secret, caché dans un lieu reculé au sein d'une secte dirigée par un ancien nazi. Une prison dont personne n'est jamais sorti. Pour retrouver son amant, Lena va pourtant rentrer dans la Colonia Dignidad.
Colonia, also known as The Colony, is a 2015 historical romantic thriller film directed by Oscar-winner Florian Gallenberger, produced by Benjamin Herrmann, written by Torsten Wenzel and Gallenberger, and starring Emma Watson, Daniel Brühl, and Michael Nyqvist. The film is set against the backdrop of the Chilean military coup and the real "Colonia Dignidad", a notorious cult in the South of Chile, led by German lay preacher Paul Schäfer. The film is aninternational co-production of companies in Germany, Luxembourg, and France.
Principal photography began on 2 October 2014 in Luxembourg; filming also took place in Germany and Argentina. It was shown in the Special Presentations section of the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival.                    تدور أحداث القصة حول الإنقلاب العسكري التشيلي عام 1973، وتدهور الأحوال الأمنية والقبض على العديد من الناس، حيث يتم ملاحقة (دانيل) من قبل الشرطة السرية لقوات (بينوشيه) وتتعقبه حبيبته (لينا) وصولًا إلى جنوب البلاد في منطقة معزولة (كولونيا) تنتشر بها طائفة لها عقائد وممارسات مختلفة، تقرر لينا الإنضمام إلى تلك الطائفة بهدف إنقاذ حبيبها دانيل من أيدي قوات الإنقلاب.
